Matt Cretzman is a growth marketing expert, fractional CMO, and dealmaker with a passion for using his skills to help businesses grow. Together, with his wife Nadia, they formed Power Connect as a way to leverage one of their greatest passions and skills — bringing strategic people together into environments that allow for transformative relationships to form. To sum it up in one word — netweaving.
Matt's expertise lies in B2B lead generation, and he has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including SaaS, logistics, manufacturing, coaches, speakers, sales executives, sales teams, commercial real estate, professional home services, doctors, dentists, cybersecurity, and IT.
Matt's career began in the nonprofit sector, where he spent six years traveling the world as a partner with John Maxwell's EQUIP International, training leaders and building a network of over 350 partners across the globe. After the tragic loss of his daughter, Matt turned his grief into a creative endeavor and wrote a children's book about her story, which he successfully funded on Kickstarter. This experience led him to start a children's home in India called the Azlynn Noelle Children's Home, which has helped hundreds of children in need.
Matt then leveraged his marketing skills to start a growth marketing agency called Stormbreaker Digital, where he helps businesses generate sales opportunities by combining data, personalization, and automation. He is a self-proclaimed Marvel fan, with a particular fondness for the character with an axe.
Aside from his professional pursuits, Matt is passionate about health, fitness, and faith. He has lost 40 pounds, run seven Spartan races, and has been on a keto diet for over two years. He is also a devoted father to two daughters, a Pomsky puppy, and a Himalayan cat (who don't always get along). Matt is always eager to share his knowledge and loves engaging in conversations about his passions and cutting-edge marketing techniques.
